Nevada's Care Connection has upgraded!
This online resource directory is Nevada's comprehensive listing of services for seniors, people with disabilities, families and caregivers. With over 20 categories, there is sure to be something for every consumer. We have made the process easy for you to keep your information current and relevant to your potential consumers by building in an owner-edit feature that allows you to update your information anytime from any computer with an internet connection!
New Site, New Features!
Thanks to the original Nevada Care Connection website, we were able to build the base for the resource directory utilizing over 700 existing listings. Within the upgraded platform, we have also added numerous additional features including:
- One click to edit your own listing
- Localized search features
- File and Image fields for promoting your brand
- Interactive features such as ratings and reviews
- Print and share features to help market your organization
- and custom fields to give consumers more information!
At least 3 times per year you will receive an email from the Nevada ADRC Portal to remind and request that you verify the information in your listing. Has the contact person changed? Contact Us so we can help you get on our email list! We want to ensure your information is accurate so that consumers can more easily find your services.
Did you receive the email? Log in to update and/or verify your listing!
Please note: resources must be verified and/or updated with each email reminder. Do not ignore these emails. If a resource is not verified, it will be removed. We do this to help guarantee the Resource Directory is up to date.
I have found my listing, but it's not accurate...What do I do?
If you have never updated your listing before, it's easy & only takes a few basic steps! Before you get started, you must log into the site. Don't have an account? Register, then follow these steps:
- Search for your organization
- Open the listing
- Claim the listing
- Update the listing
Once you have requested to claim your listing, the webmaster will review and approve the request, then you will get an email to let you know that you can now update your information. Typically, you will receive the email within 24 hours of your request. Likewise, all edits are reviewed by the webmaster before they are published.
Now that you have claimed your listing, you can edit it anytime. Add a new service? Edit your listing. Change your web address? Edit your listing. Want to publish your monthly newsletter? Edit your listing.
Just remember, you must at least verify your information in response to the quarterly emails in order for it to remain published!
Where Can I Find Help?
Use the links to the right to find helpful hints for resource submissions, the Inclusion/Exclusion Policy, to update your listing or to request help through the Help Desk. The Help Desk is accessed using the Username and Password you created when you registered for an account with the website.
