We provide lunch 5 days a week for congregate, meals on wheels, from 11:30 am till 12:30 pm. During the months we provide one breakfast per month and during the summer months one night dinner per month. We provide transportation for seniors to lunch, shopping and doctor's appointments at the clinic. Once a month we take seniors to Elko for doctor's appointments and shopping. Medicare/Medicaid and insurance assistance, food assistance, recreational and social activities. Other assistance includes: elder abuse reporting and information and referral information. We also do Social Services for low income individuals or families. We also have Home Health Services.
