Senior Center. Nutrition site including Meals on Wheels, Housekeeping, Advocacy, Volunteer programs, gift shop and thrift shop, exercise classes, tai-chi for seniors and other activities.
Insurance Information: Quarterly workshops are held on Medicare and supplemental insurance. We invite all seniors 60 years of age or older and especially target those seniors turning 65 to help them learn how to negotiate the Medicare system.
Legal Assistance: The RSVP program provides us with a pro-bono attorney at law who comes monthly and helps seniors, for donation only, with Wills, Powers of Attorney and other documents not requiring litigation.
Transportation is provided by the local bus system CART and is available to seniors for a suggested notation of only $1.50 each way.
