Providing Family Services and Resources in Las Vegas East Valley Family Services is a non-profit 501©3 organization that provides support for families in need. We service the Las Vegas valley through a variety of programs targeted to families, children, and seniors. Our Family Resource Center (FRC) is now located at our Sahara Office. And offers walk-in support when necessary. The FRC helps families with shelter, food, employment and other services when appropriate. Our Senior Program is located inside the University United Methodist Church on Maryland Parkway across the street from UNLV. The Senior program services over 3,000 seniors per month, providing food, respite and utility assistance. Our Family-to-Family Connection program is located inside our Sahara office and provides assistance to parents of children from 0-4 yrs old. This program offers parent training and much more. Our Healthcare Hope program offers services for children 0-18 that require medical and/or mental health treatment. This program helps these children find the services they need. Our Differential Response program is a partnership program with Clark County Child Protective Services (CPS) that works to assist families referred by the CPS hotline.
